Dadachanji Group launches Kaisha Pharma, renews 35-year legacy in pharma glass packaging

The visionary founders behind India’s largest manufacturing footprint for primary pharmaceutical glass packaging have launched Kaisha Pharma, a premier global platform engineered to serve the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors worldwide. As part of a substantial multi-million-euro commitment, the Group has already deployed an initial investment of €45 million to accelerate infrastructure, scale, and operational capabilities.
Kaisha Pharma represents something different — a proudly Made in India enterprise, built on decades of experience, indigenous innovation, and global ambition.
And while our earlier journey was primarily focused on India, this time our horizon is very different. We want to be a trusted global partner — delivering quality, consistency, innovation, scientific support, and long-term value to every customer we serve.
The world is our market.
Kaisha Pharma enters the market with a complete tubular glass portfolio — ampoules, vials, prefilled syringes, and cartridges — together with advanced Ready-to-Use (RTU) platforms for vials, prefilled syringes, and cartridges. These solutions are designed to enable safer, faster, and more efficient fill-finish operations while meeting the increasingly stringent expectations of global pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Founders’ vision, however, extends well beyond conventional packaging formats. We are developing a range of specialty containment solutions for high-value biologics, advanced therapeutics, and sensitive drug formulations, where product integrity, compatibility, and performance are critical. By bringing together innovative design, advanced materials science, and deep pharmaceutical expertise, we intend to create packaging solutions for the therapies of tomorrow.
“Our previous experience was a defining chapter in our professional journey,” said Kairus Dadachanji, Managing Director, Kaisha Pharma. “Our vision is to create a truly global company that combines entrepreneurial agility, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to customer success.”
Kaisha Pharma is strengthened by the capabilities of the other arms of the Dadachanji Group, creating an integrated ecosystem that virtually makes us a one-stop solutions partner for pharmaceutical companies — spanning primary packaging, automation, machinery, fill-finish support systems, and allied pharmaceutical services.
The manufacturing complex will span over 300,000 square feet, with fully integrated state-of-the-art production lines, sophisticated high-end camera inspection systems, and fully equipped laboratories incorporating the latest analytical and testing equipment. These capabilities, combined with robust, time-tested processes and a highly skilled workforce, are designed to deliver consistent, high-quality products — every batch, every time.
Innovation has always been part of our DNA.
The company introduced syringe manufacturing in India at a time when many believed it could not be done successfully. It was also among the pioneers globally in bringing Ready-to-Use cartridge technology to the market. Those achievements were never endpoints; they were milestones in a continuing pursuit of innovation.
This time, we have gone further.
It has carefully studied, analysed, and re-engineered itself by substantially upgrading the technology, strengthening process controls, and applying deeper scientific understanding. The result is a new generation of products designed to deliver enhanced performance, reliability, and consistency — once again setting standards for others to follow.
“Over the years, we have earned the trust of customers, partners, and colleagues throughout the pharmaceutical industry,” added Rishad Dadachanji. “Kaisha Pharma builds upon that foundation while embracing the opportunities of a rapidly evolving global market. We are excited about the future and the value we can create for customers around the world.”
Recognising that true partnership also requires proximity, the company is establishing an International Business Development office in Europe to serve as a hub for customer engagement, technical collaboration, and market development across the region — bringing it closer to customers and enabling them to respond faster to their evolving requirements.
Behind all of this is the group’s significant multi-million-euro commitment — a clear reflection of long-term commitment to technology, capacity, quality, innovation, and the customers The company intends to serve for decades to come.
The company mentioned, “With the next generation of leadership actively involved, we are combining decades of experience with fresh thinking, agility, and a determination to build an organisation for the future. As we begin this new chapter, our commitment remains what it has always been: to challenge convention, raise standards, and create lasting value for our customers.”
