Showco Association appoints Noura Ellouz as new director

ShowCo Association has announced the appointment of Noura Ellouz as its new Director, effective 1 August 2026.As a former member of ShowCo Association and an exhibitor at numerous international trade shows, Ellouz brings extensive industry knowledge and valuable firsthand experience to her new role. Her familiarity with the association and the global exhibition sector will support ShowCo’s continued development and service to its members.

Ellouz succeeds Lutz Cramer, who retires after serving as Director of ShowCo Association for three years.Cramer began his career in the poultry industry in 1981 as General Manager of the Lohmann Export office in Baghdad, Iraq. During this period, Lohmann was involved in the development of three large broiler farming projects. Each farm was designed with an annual production capacity of approximately 12 million broilers and comprised 100 broiler production houses and 30 parent-stock houses.

Throughout his long career, Cramer held several senior international positions, including Export Manager and Sales Director at Hellmann Poultry, Farmer Automatic and Fienhage. He spent approximately 25 years with Farmer Automatic, during which he played an important role in the establishment of ShowCo Association.ShowCo Association was formally established as a legal entity in 2008. Since then, it has supported cooperation, international visibility and trade-show participation among companies serving the poultry and livestock industries.

The association extends its appreciation to Lutz Cramer for his dedicated service and valuable contribution and warmly welcomes Noura Ellouz as she begins her new leadership role.
