NUQO brings its global teams together in Poland for its first international technical and business summit

NUQO, a pioneer in feed additives, recently held its first international technical and business summit in Poland, gathering colleagues from eight countries: Thailand, India, Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and France.

Kicked off by CEO Ewenn Helary, the event was a first in the company’s history and a rare opportunity for teams from around the world to meet in person.

Technical insights and a look ahead

Led by R&D Director Dr Stephanie Ladirat, the technical sessions reviewed NUQO’s current product portfolio and the latest application results from its R&D program. Participants also received a preview of upcoming product launches and future R&D projects, ahead of any public announcement.

Aligning commercial strategy across markets

Under the guidance of NUQO’s four hub directors, Annelies Diericx, Alan Lara, Patcharin Maneeroj and Neeraj Srivastava, the commercial teams took part in review and exchange sessions to align priorities across regions and share best practices.

A closer look at the production site

Delegates visited NUQO’s production site in Poland and saw the recent investments made there, which reflect the company’s commitment to industrial excellence and expanded capacity.

Looking to the future
The leadership team and shareholders took stock of the first phase of NUQO’s expansion and discussed the company’s ambitions for the coming years.
