Matt Bluette and Lynda O’Connor Join MOREgroup’s Boston Practice

Architectural and engineering firm MOREgroup has strengthened its healthcare practice leadership with the addition of Matt Bluette, AIA, ACHA, AICP, NCARB, LEED AP, as Senior Principal and Healthcare Practice Leader; and Lynda O’Connor, IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED, LEAN, as Associate Principal. The two will continue their longstanding professional partnership in the Boston office of E4H Environments for Health Architecture, a MOREgroup brand. 

Bluette has 30 years of healthcare design experience encompassing master planning, regulatory strategy and community-based care. He works with providers to develop evidence-based solutions to improve operational efficiency. Bluette is active in several industry organizations, including the Boston Society of Architects, the American Planning Association and the Association of Medical Facilities Professionals. 

O’Connor brings nearly 20 years of healthcare design experience in interior architecture, team leadership and project delivery. She guides assignments from procurement through implementation, balancing design with clinical requirements. O’Connor is NCIDQ-certified and an active member of the New England chapter of Women in Healthcare and the International Interior Design Association.
