As the world’s leading trade fair for professional animal farming and livestock management, EuroTier 2026, 10-13 November, offers an extensive programme of conferences, specialist events and networking opportunities for livestock professionals from around the world. Highlights include the International Cattle & Pig Event, the International Farmers Day and the new DLG-VetCon 2026. Organizer DLG (German Agricultural Society) expects around 2,100 exhibitors from more than 50 countries to attend the exhibition in Hanover, Germany.
Under the guiding theme “Intelligence in Animal Farming”, trade visitors can explore over four days how intelligent solutions are shaping the future of livestock production. The exhibition covers all major livestock sectors, including pigs, cattle, poultry, horses, sheep and goats.
Dialogue with leading experts and decision-makers from across the industry is another key attraction. To encourage this exchange, EuroTier 2026 offers a comprehensive programme of events, conferences and networking opportunities.
International Poultry Day

The programme begins on 9 November, the day before the exhibition opens. The International Poultry Day brings together poultry professionals from around the world to discuss current developments and challenges within the sector.
Topics include animal welfare, nutrition, animal health, sustainability and market perspectives. Experts from science, practice and industry will present innovations and solutions for sustainable poultry production.
International Farmers Day and International Cattle & Pig Event

Wednesday, 11 November offers extensive opportunities for international networking and professional exchange with the International Farmers Day taking place on this day.
In 2026, the spotlight countries are the United Kingdom, Ireland and Poland. Presentations, panel discussions and networking sessions will provide insights into markets, strategies and innovations in these important agricultural nations.
The International Cattle & Pig Event concentrates current topics in cattle and pig farming on one common platform. International experts from politics, practice, science and business will present trends, developments and best-practice examples while discussing solutions for sustainable, animal-friendly and economically viable livestock production.

During the Female Agri Fellows Networking Event, women from across the agricultural and food industries will come together in an inspiring environment to network, share experiences and learn from one another, from start-up founders to business leaders from family farms.
A special highlight is the presentation of the Women in Ag Award from 16:00 to 17:00. This international award recognizes outstanding women from around the world, honouring their achievements and contributions to agriculture.
Open Agri Influencer Meet-up
